COACH/TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Danielle Miller. I have known Dani since
the beginning of this year when she was placed in my 20th Century Honors course. Her amiable personality was
on display from day one. While many students take a while to open up and feel comfortable with their teachers,
Dani’s confidence and outgoing nature showed that she has no problems making connections with others. The
optimistic and friendly presence that Dani brings to her class is immeasurable; she helps keep both myself, and
my students, in consistently pleasant spirits.
One of Dani’s most admirable qualities is her highly-motivated and dependable work ethic. While Dani does
have a generally jovial personality, she has never allowed it to interfere with her academics. Dani has proven to
be comfortable in new and challenging situations, and is extremely receptive to feedback. Dani has consistently
proven that she does not believe in the easy way – she likes to be challenged and consistently seeks personal
growth. While this attribute is admirable when it comes to history class, I can tell that her diligence carries over
to other aspects of her life as well.
It is with great pleasure, and without reservation, that I can give Danielle Miller my full recommendation for
whatever she chooses to do.

"I have had the pleasure to know and teach Danielle Miller during the 2021-2022 school year. During this
time, she was my homeroom student, science student, and also with me for a period of the day called
Come Alive, in which our district focuses on building relationships in order to bring out the best in
themselves and others.
While in 8th grade Dani excelled in being superior in her academics, actively participated in class
discussion, and was an outstanding advocator for herself. She took pride in all she did and also helped
look out for her peers and the well-being of our school. In addition to academics, Dani also excelled in
extracurricular activities, for she was very active in school related clubs and athletics, plus travel sports
teams. She went above and beyond to manage her time and talents wisely.
I would strongly recommend Dani for any club, team, or job that she is looking to acquire. Her superior
performance, outgoing personality, and care for those around her would make her an excellent addition
to any organization. If you have any questions regarding her qualifications, please feel free to contact
me at (570) 398-7400 or [email protected]."
