Quincy is passionate about growing the next generation of athletes as they work to achieve their goals whether it's playing in college, becoming a varsity starter, etc. She believes in meeting each athlete where they are as there isn't a one side fits all model. Pitchers who work with her warm up differently, throw different spin pitches, and have different pre-motions based on what that individual athlete needs to be successful!
