​As a former D1, D2, and D3 college softball coach, Quincy has connections with hundreds of college softball coaches. She understands what coaches are looking for in the events they attend and how they recruit!

Her experiences the last 5 years running Diamond Dynamics: College Planning gives her a unique perspective on the showcase softball world as she bridges the gap between college coaches and the travel softball community.

She is passionate about bringing an "athlete and college coach first" mindset to showcase events in NYS!

​Eric is a former D1, D2, and D3 volleyball coach and current general manager of a 200,000 square foot multi-sport facility. Along with his time as a college coach, Eric has 20 years of experience running events and a sport management/ marketing education from SUNY Cortland.

His knowledge and experience of college athletics, event/facility management, and understanding of the vision we have at Diamond Dynamics make him a fantastic tournament director!
