Tournament Rules
Game format:
- 5 Game Guarantee with showcase/pool games Friday 7/10 at 8:00 AM - Saturday 7/11 at 8:00 PM
- Top 2 teams from each pool will go into gold/silver bracket play and remaining teams will play a consolation game on Sunday
- home team (determined by coin flip at plate each game) required to report scores to tournament desk
- non-protest tournament
- 90 minutes finish the inning, with no new inning starting after 80 minutes
- Run rule in effect: 10 runs after 4 innings and 8 runs after 5 innings
- Showcase/pool games may end in a tie, bracket play begins with runner on 2nd after time is expired
- Unlimited substitutions for pool play/consolation games, 11 batter max for bracket games with line up card required.
- Only head coach may communicate with umpires

Rosters:
- Participating players must be in high school or entering college. If an athlete has completed a year of college they are not permitted to play in our event even if they are 18u eligible
- Rosters must be submitted by June 1st to be included in the roster book provided to college coaches

weather policy:
The tournament directors reserve the right to alter the tournament format due to weather in any way necessary to ensure all teams play as many innings as possible. This may include (but is not limited to) shortened game times, modified rules, modified schedule or a reduced number of guaranteed games. We have a fantastic team that will do everything possible to get games in with the safety of all in mind!
All weather updated will be communicated to head coaches, and shared on social media as quickly as possible.
If weather becomes a factor, refunds will be determined by amount of games the tournament gets in overall.
